The before/after photos are staggering at how thorough they wereâ ¦and professional! I cannot recommend this local company more for all it did. We called them on a Monday to drive to Pawleys and give us a quote, even though they were slammed due to so many Pawleys locals needing help. They showed up and started the work that Friday, and by Tuesday it was all complete. They worked tirelessly. Gerrid Clark is the name of the young man to ask for, if you ever need them. There is an amazing peace of mind knowing the house is now safe from any further mold or flood concerns while we hope to figure out next steps. Could not ask for a better company. Gerrid is upfront, knowledgeable, listens and recommends. Very pleasant to work with. He has scheduled mold remediation, HVAC, plumber, painter and contractor (in order they are needed) so there has not been a wasted minute. When one group is finished the next one is here. VERY REASONABLE!!!!

'm 80 years old and was most impressed with Gerrid Clark. He is.professional. courteous, considerate, and many more adjectives. The bath in the master bedroom will look just like new again after 34 years. Most importantly, he loves his faith.

Received prompt service. Workers were courteous and knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied with service snd results. Highly recommend!

The initial inspection of mold was very thorough! Finding mold in the closet ceilings! I never wouldâ ve thought to check the closets. Air quality check was surprise in finding upstairs air quality worse than downstairs. All the mold was removed inside the house. Crawl space had mold on every surface! All of it was removed, including the insulation. The job was done on time. The working crew was excellent! I recommend Best Breathing LLC to everyone!!
