I live in Hawaii and have a rental in Portland. We had a conversation on the phone and I let him know what I needed. I had someone meet him to let him into install a door and add the trim. I didn’t have the trim for him so he went to the lumberyard and matched trim to the existing trim in the house. All this took place within the day. His price was really good and he took pictures of his progress along the way. I also asked if he could do a quick Sheetrock patch and he gladly did and sent a bill at the end. I was surprised at how quick and efficient he was!

After the several "nightmare handyman" experiences I've had, Mark was a blessing! I plan to call him for all my handyman needs. His bill made me smile. Very affordable. Very nice man also.

I hired Mary Berry after looking up a handyman on Home Advisor. Mark came over and we discussed putting up a 10 X 10 metal gazebo that we had purchased at Lowes. He even went to Lowes to look at the gazebo before doing the install. Mark's price was very reasonable. Since I had a stroke and balance is not good, I could no longer do this myself. The day he came over to do the estimate, he even unclogged a gutter for me for free. Mark is very professional yet very friendly and keeps at the project until its done. Very much bang for the buck here! I greatly recommend him for any sort of work you may need done around the home or business. I will use him again for other work I need done. Mike was able to take care of my 3 doors that needed re-alignment and did it very quickly. In fact, he came a day earlier than expected, calling me to say he was available if I wanted him to come. I was more than pleased with his work and his price. I would hire him again when the need arises and would highly recommend him.
