Very quick inspection that actually missed some of the most important part of the house. We gave up on the house because of that. Not working again with Mrs. Sanford although he seems nice, at first.

Josi, I am sorry for your experience. All accessible areas were inspected. I did have some important recommendations for the property that were addressed in the report. The repairs I pointed out would have likely cost thousands of dollars. The reinspection for the attic was available, and you declined to book that appointment, a reinspection fee always applies. I also provide discounts for happy customers that return and use my services to find a home that needs less work than I found on the first. A quick inspection, it was not thorough enough.

Mr. Alvaro, I am sorry you feel the inspection was too quick. As you know I performed a home inspection on this property for a different customer. That inspection lasted over 2 hours. That customer declined to purchase the property due to the problems that existed. As you also know I did a reinspection on the property and confirmed that none of the work that I recommended to be repaired was completed, or was completed poorly. This inspection was the third time I inspected this property. Areas of concern were reported on each visit and this does not take a large amount of time to reinspect a property.
