He usually answered the phone and what a pleasure to not have to wait on the line for minutes but to be able to talk directly to Bennie. Bennie quoted a estimate and was honest and direct. We also got a quote from a big plumbing site that is nationwide. Bennie's quote was less money. We had Bennie put in a new part for our water heater and could not be happier with his service.
