Came out after the work wanted $345 more just because he could bluff a 75-year-old man.cashed the check before a stop payment could be put on it.

Ron, The original estimate was for the amount I invoiced. We attempted to exceed expectations. We made the sidewalk larger upon your request once we were on the job. This added additional material and labor, but we did not change the estimate cost. The $345 you are referencing was part of the written estimate that you agreed to, and involved the tear out of the old sidewalk and relocation of the concrete debris to a site designated by yourself. Sorry for any confusion.

This company did an outstanding job with our bathroom remodel. Jimmy and Ricardo provided great workmanship and always informed us of any potential issues. Very pleased with the whole process.

Chris after a short follow-up call with you, I understand you had to return material we didn't use. This is your reason for the 4.5 rating in the quality section. It is hard to judge what material is needed and what isn't sometimes. We did have you order a little more than what we thought we needed, just incase. I like to order our own material most of the time, but you requested to purchase your own for this project, which is OK. My apologies for the inconvenience of retuning unused material.

I hired them to install 2 new windows. After I paid for and picked them up I realized he had ordered the wrong windows. Instead of standing up and doing the right thing and reordering the correct ones he has decided to blow me off and not return my calls. Mark is a snake, do not ever do anything with him. If he can take advantage of you, he will.
