This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They took over $400 and probably promised they would prevent rats from getting into our attic and they did a sloppy job and did not fix the problem. I wrote a review on another site and they replied with a bunch of lies. That must be their M.O. to completely fabricate lies when they do not do their job. I did see some warning signs for example, they only take cash or check. Also, when I asked if they were ever not able to keep rats out of an attic their response was only when customer lied about it and kept things open. That should have been a warning sign to run away. This company is dishonest with their work and appear to have done this to others. Just know if they do not do the job that they promised, they will fabricate made up stories as to why they could not fix your rodent problem. They stated things like we did not put in a puppy door. We do not need one we keep our door closed and take dog out. They then fabricated my husband changed something they did. Not true my husband found areas they did not block. They then made a mess of our newly painted exterior and said they asked us if we had left over paint and they would fix it. Hey we have left over paint but we replied we did not.? Another lie. Come on over and fix it!! I would not recommend these con artists. We may be serving them soon for small claims court.

The gentleman was excellent. Explained everything perfectly, did the work immediately and I am completely satisfied. Price was good, too. Highly recommend.

Arrived on time. Guy explained process and best of all swept off cob webs in garage and exterior. I have not seen any spiders, ants or any other pest since house treated.

Excellent experience. Amador did exactly what he promised and more. Quote was on the money and his f/u was timely and thorough. I wished we had called him first! Def recommend if you have a skunk issue.

Bellas Exterminator is amazing! It was an emergency job. Bellas arrived quickly and Sal was GREAT! It was a very difficult job- the bees had entered the house (through the stove vent) and had taken over the kitchen. Within 3hours the inside of our home was bee free!

I loved working with Sal at Bellas Exterminator. I was very very worried about having to deal with a raccoon underneath my house and Sal came out and made everything ok!! He sealed up all my vents and I feel soooo much better. Bellas is the best. Thank you!
