"Let me start off with, Dennis ,the person that I spoke with over the phone to make an appointment to come by to give us a free estimate. Dennis is a very knowledge person in his field and never did he try to up sale or push for a higher price during our entire visit. He listened to my concerns very attentively and after that he showed their products and answered and explained every question I had. I got a quote right on the first day of his visit. Then, Sean, the company owner and Dennis came by to do follow-up measurements and see if I had more questions and concerns. Sean is really " a window guru" he spent more than an hour in my house to review all the details about the project and what I should expect on the of installation. He patiently and courteously addressed my questions. And on the of installation, Joe and his crew came and delivered the best of the best installation I could have imagined. They did the job with the greatest care and professionalism you can find in this business. They paid attention to every detail and after they left my house, it looked like they had never been there.
