When this company says they will be there, you can count on them to be on time in their two-hour window. Our technician was efficient, knowledgeable, and competent. We have carpenter ants and signed up for quarterly service. The product they're using also kills Japanese beetles that look like ladybugs, only the Japanese beetles are stinky and obnoxious.

Technician was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to share his insight and experience related to my bee problem. Honey Bee's had taken a liking to an external entry point immediately outside my master bedroom. One year later, all still seems to be well as the honey bees or critters after the sweet treats the built have, to my knowledge, returned or shown up.

Their man came in, assessed the situation, gave us information and choices, then went to work and completed the job right then and there. He was courteous, professional and diligent. We've never had such efficient service anywhere we've lived. Highly recommend this company!
