Tyson totally restored my trust and confidence in Beeline. Employees such as him should be a role model for company customer service. Initially approximately 2yrs ago, Tyson came to our home and provided excellent service, when it came time to renew someone else came out and let's just say I was not pleased at all to the point I cancelled all future business with your company, however due to the professionalism and a lasting impression that Tyson left and against my wife's wishes I decided after calling several other pest control services to give Beeline another try. I can't tell the sigh of relief when I opened my door to see Tyson. I did take this moment to share my frustration and disbelief and then he commented "that's not how we do business", Not only did he give me a chance to vent, but he followed it in the professional manner which is why I chose Beeline. I will forever be a beeline customer because of Tyson.
