Emergency situation that was taken care of quickly, and professionally. I spoke with dean on the phone Sunday night, and he was at our home Monday AM as promised. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. My daughter has cats that she was very concerned about. He talked to both my daughter and me to ease our mind, and assured us that all would be fine. I would definitely recommend Bee-Gone Services.

He was very accommodating with scheduling, arrived promptly and explained what his professional opinion was after an assessment was made. We recently moved into our new home and had major issues with carpenter bees and ants. I discovered Dean and bee gone and am extremely thankful that I did. He is like an uncle that has been over a million times even if it s his first time there. He treated my home as if it were his, conscientious of chemicals that may affect my children s respiratory issues as well as assuring me that my 3 dogs would not have any reactions to anything sprayed in the yard. If for any reason you have more pest issues Dean will come back and retreat, who s better than that? Not many if any! Thanks again Dean, my family and I appreciate you more then you can imagine!
