Dean responded promptly to our request through Home Advidor; arrived a few hours later to our home; assessed the mice problem; and explained the multi-pronged approach to dealing with the problem. He followed up soon after to check on effectiveness of his placement of various types of food in various areas of the home and garage.

Dean, showed-up promply. sprayed for carpeter ants & termites. Sprayed -up the entire house not 1/2 way. Did the decks,pool area,even the trees on my property. Quality job.Will hire him agian.Oh,by the way,he's also a veteran.Hire a vet.

I had a situation with flies. Called Dean on a Thursday, Friday he was at my house taking full control of things. He also found mice in my attic. He took his time, about an hour, and baited the mice at no additional charge. He loves what he does and you can tell by how he educates his customers on their home. Hoping to use him again as I live in a wooded area and will probably need continuous treatment to keep critters away. Oh...and he is very fair when it comes to the price. $200 dollars for all the work he provided.

Dean is quite professional and understood exactly what is the problem. He was very prompt to answer my call and provided the service with a very good price. Most importantly he promised to provide 4yr warranty for the service he provided. I am very satisfied and had overall a nice experience with him and his service.
