They returned my call within 30 minutes, came out the same day to assess the situation, and completed the treatment right then. I did not have to wait days for an appointment like the larger companies I called. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they’ve continued to provide reliable monthly service ever since. What I appreciated most was the personal, local touch. I didn’t have to go through an operator or call center. I spoke directly with someone in town who was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. They show up on time, do what they say they’ll do, and make the whole process stress-free. I hired Mike to take care of a big spider problem in my house and also in my rental property. He took care of the spiders and did regular maintenance which helped keep them at bay. The 2 ladies he had working in the office were always polite and very helpful. They knew their job well and were very informative. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with confidence that they would take care of any issues they encountered.

This company came out and did the job in one trip. When I first had the issue, the first company came out and baited the garage with poison and it made it into a fiasco. I did not have an infestation. When I hired Independent, I had an infestation and they solved the problem. I have given their information out as a reputable company.

I hired Independent to spray our home for spiders. The whole experience from beginning to end was great. Christina, in the office, was very pleasant to deal with and J.D., though relatively new to his job, was friendly, quite knowledgeable. informative, and very thorough.

Overall, I felt that they were not very thorough in dealing with our insect problem. We emptied the room except for furniture that was in the room all along and expected it all to be treated. It was not and resulted in a second call to exterminate. After 2 visits we were told that we "could get our life back to normal" so we started "moving back into" the room. No sooner had we done this, another bug was spotted. Called the office and left a message (holiday weekend) and still have not heard back from them.
