I did have to ask him to clean out the spider webs when the lady on the phone said that he would do that when he wrapped it up. He also told me he didn't have a specific product and then remember he randomly put it on the van. Either way, he was able to do every thing I needed him to. I just was confused as to why he did not plan on having necessary products when I told the scheduler on the phone exactly what was going on. Overall, they were great and flexible with the schedule and I would recommend them to other individuals.

The work was just done this week. We had yellow Jackets in the lap siding edges. I don't know if the problem is solved for now. I will have to wait a few weeks. They did say they would come back again if they returned in 30-45 days with no additional fee.

From start to finish this company was incredible! The mouse is gone-Yeah!! The lady who booked my appointment was so friendly, funny and helpful and her husband (who was the Mouse Finder) was incredible. Told me where the mouse came in filled the holes in the garage, set two traps, told me approximately when the mouse would be caught and that I only had one. Incredible!!!
