My water heater had been out for several days!! One company listed on the heater were called. They came out and said it needed a specific part still under warranty. I just needed to pay for labor. I agreed. They came out the next day with the part. It was defective!!! Couldn’t find the part anywhere. Would need to wait two more days. Plan B. I called around and found Beaver Construction Co. to install a new one. Bid was excellent!!! Far below other bids. They installed a new Rheem Heater within 2 hours. Friendly, knowledgeable, Respectful and thorough, and licensed!!! I will be using them in the future for sure if needed. Thanks Dan and Zach!!!

I know it’s rare to give all excellent but it’s the truth. Dan at Beavers was so responsive and professional. I had an hybrid water heater installed which involved a learning curve; Dan made sure we were educated and understood how it operated. The city inspector gave a 5* Plus rating on the install. He’s a full contractor - I’ll use him for other projects!

They were on time. They had all the necessary parts etc to complete the installation with them.

I needed a new water heater for our rental. Dan was able to give me the estimate over the phone. He was on time and professional.

They had an issue in the morning that caused them t be a half an hour late, but Dan called right away and let me know. Often, other contractors that I have hired would not call, so this was a nice plus; good customer service. Dan and his apprentice completed the project quickly and cleaned up the area nicely. They were very professional. Dan didn't try to up-sell me or tell me that I needed more work than was necessary as some of the other contractors that I talked to attempted to do. In the past I have done several plumbing projects in my homes myself, but I didn't have time for this one, so I know about plumbing and I knew exactly what was necessary. It is always nice to do business with an honest professional, which is exactly what Dan is.

Done right ,done fast, very professional. For a reasonable price.
