I would like the job to be done properly and for BHI to fix their poor quality repairs and workmanship OR refund me 6000$ so that I can hire a competent contractor to do the repairs !!

I do not recommend BHI Construction. The owner sent his crew, but midway through the job we noticed serious quality and construction issues. We contacted the owner, who came out with two others, agreed the work was sub-standard, and said the problems would be fixed. After they left, several issues were still unresolved. Since then, he has not responded to calls or texts. We have photos and documentation of the problems.

Project was repairing or replacing small roof on the back of a row home in Lancaster. Roof was over 30 years old. William was willing to quote and start work on it while we were still out of town. Top quality rubber roofing material used. He also put a layer of silicone coating on the larger top roof on the house. The grey dirty picture is the old roof. Particularly good flashing and sealing work against the walls of both houses. Ignore the metal cable, that was for the dog run.

Beware, his quote was bait and switch, doubled the price of the quote after 2 hrs in. of demolition.William is a snake in the grass, only looking out for himself. Beware, hire at your own risk.

I did not change my quote . When we got the siding off the whole wall was rotted . There fore the job went from a couple of boards that needed replaced to a complete wall rebuild from the ground up . Richard was a very nice guy during the process and agreed with rebuilding the whole wall . Now he has left a review fill with lies . You cant expect a whole wall rebuild for the price of a couple board replacement
