Took the time to fully explain the entire project and what would be involved. Very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable in response to questions and concerns. Felt very comfortable having this company entering my home and doing work.

I was called immediately. I had two outdoor lights with sensors that were not working. The guy who specializes in electric called me and came out that day. He replaced the fixtures with LED units the following Monday. He would have done it on Saturday if I had been available. I am very pleased with the work.

Vinnie was professional,responsive and made every step of the project a smooth and excellent experience for us. As well as cleaning, Bay View also removed junk and did interior painting. Vinnie and Rob who were at our house every day for a week were always positive about every challenge and produced outstanding results. Vinnie is a very nic man and keeps you updated on when he will arrive. The sad thing is he spilled some liquid on the new showroom carpet as he was working and now there is a very large stain section at the main entrance of the storefront, this is an eyesore, I think my husband is going to try to clean it but first figure with what and how. We did like Vinnie and would reccomend him again..

Very pleasant experience. Vinnie came out and looked at the roof and explained exactly what he was going to do. He also offered to take care of some other areas that I hadn't even thought possible to clean. He made sure to cover all my shrubbery before he began.
