Bay Crawlspace Foundation Repair did a wonderful job on our crawlspace encapsulation project. Their technical proposal was clearly superior, all steps were clearly explained and documented with lots of photographs, and the technicians performing the work did their tasks efficiently, cleanly, and courteously. We particularly call out James Lawson, Travis, Jordan, Zach, Vinny, and Jeff; the latter two for their electrical work.

It's been a year since Bay crawlspace addressed serious water and foundation issues in my crawlspace. From the beginning advisor David Hendrickson adroitly shepherded me through this heavy duty project. His staff Adian, Josh and Paul were meticulous in this heavy construction project. In addition, David office colleague, Samantha Christa and Kristen kept me a prized of all of the step in this project. I am remain very pleased that crawlspace foundation did the work. Though a not inexpensive project but critical to the long term integrity of my home, quality is remembered long after the prize is forgotten. I strongly recommend them.

Matt and Jermaine were professional and respectful of my property. They installed seven piers to assist in leveling my 75 year old house. 1/4 the price quote of the other, well known, over-advertised foundation repair company for the exact same work proposal, down to placement of the piers!
