Scott, James and Art with BayCrawl Space and Repair came out to my house in Hampton on December 15, 2022 and was on time. They where very polite, and walked me through what to expect to remove and replace the Beam Board that runs along a section of my back deck at the top of my crawlspace. They walked me through what to expect and the time to complete the work. They are reasonable and easy to work with. I am a repeat customer and this time I found hidden termite and water damage to my Beam Board while attempting to retore my deck at the back of my house. Scott crawled under my house and inspected the damage area and gave a very accurate representation of work that needed to be done. I am glade to found a great company that I can trust. Being new to Virginia, and expecting to invest in other properties in the future, we called two other companies to get their evaluation(s). One of the other two did not want the work and told me to have a nice day, the other company quoted work that did not need to be done and attempted to evoke fear to the extent of damage to our property. Glade I already sided with Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair. You can trust the team at Bay Crawl Space, they have the experience and knowlege to be a trusted partner in your home maintance needs. Definately give them a call and have them walk through what their inspection found and concider doing it yearly for cheap insurance to prevent bigger problems. If you have a door bell camera, set up their lawn sign to see if their compition steals their sign and post it. I think it is important to support a local company that treats their community right. Bay was professional and meticulous from the first phone call to the close of the job. They communicated the time line, and kept to it. Extremely neat, clean finished job. The pricing was better than competitors, and was a more inclusive project. They were a breath of fresh air-literally!

They worked to keep the cost down while doing a great job and had a good solution. They were all very polite and really nice people while working and always cleaned up after themselves. They come every year and check on the work that was done and again are always on time and polite and even take pictures of the crawl space to show how everything looks.

Couldn't be happier with the service and value received from Bay Crawlspace. Bay was the 3rd contractor we had look under our house and we were immediately impressed by the straight answers and forthright honest advice our advisor David gave regarding our issues and how they should be addressed. He gave us confidence that not only were they going to do the job the right way but that they were not going to overcharge or pad the job with anything that wasn't required (unlike the first 2 quotes we received). We got a full crawlspace encapsulation and our house is now more comfortable, drier and smells cleaner. The install crew Stefan, Alex and Floyd were polite and efficient.  They kept us up to date on the progress throughout the week and did a great job both on the install and cleanup. In short don't waste your time with anyone else, use Bay and you'll be happy without feeling like you spent too much.

I can't say enough great things about the crew and the service from the pliminary consultantion with David Hendrickson to the crew demo and install, Dougie, Chris, and Derrick; to the final follow-up with Scotty. they all worked together as one cohesive unit making sure all is done on schedule. they were friendly and yet professional, very organized and clean, very familiar with what needs to be done and happy to take time and explain when asked. I would like to also mention the people in the office, reception and billing. They were on top of their game, ready to take care of concerns in a very efficient and friendly manner. I always felt like I mattered. Thank you all for a job well done.

We were very impressed with the professional and responsive service by Bay Crawl Space from start to finish. The job was completed on time, as promised. The quality of the work appears to be very good. Overall, we are very happy with the results. We will be calling them back again to perform a levelling of our house foundation. We contracted Bay to do a full crawl space renovation including encapsulation, drainage system, mold remediation and dehumidification. From the start they were easy to communicate with, the installation crew called us daily to let us know they were on their way and a daily progress report. We called Bay Crawl Space for an issue with our foundation and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. From the initial estimate to the install everyone was professional and timely.
