Josh (owner) and his crews were great to work with. I work out of town and only home every 6-8 weeks so I needed a contractor I could trust and rely on, Josh and his team came though. Everyone from the office staff to the crew member on site were great to work with, this is how it s supposed to be done. I discussed my backyard remodel project which included a brand new deck, concrete patio and fencing with Bauer Home Services at the beginning of the year. During the initial communication they were eager to understand my vision for the remodel as well as consulting on details I was not familiar with and providing great suggestions. This crucial start of the project couldn't be a more positive experience. After the visit to my backyard and a few adjustments to the project details, communicated through email and text we crafted the perfect project plans that met my budget and functionality needs. This year was a wet one specifically and the rain delayed the project but even through all of this their high level of communication made it much more bearable. Now that the rains are behind us and the backyard looks amazing I couldn't be anymore happier. Thanks again to Josh, Earnest, Khalid and the team for the amazing backyard remodel and the wonderful experience. I will definitely call upon them in the future for additional work when needed.

I had water damage that was caused by poor installation of a dual pane window insert. When I contacted Josh, the only evidence of a problem was the deterioration of the sheetrock and water stains on the baseboards. I did not know the source of the water. Since the issue was in the walls, I had no idea of the extent of the damage. Josh came out to give an estimate and took the time to explain that the issue was at the top of the window insert. The cure involved removing the window insert, putting Z flashing above the window, applying a water seal above the window, applying stucco above the window, removing the interior drywall, cleaning up the termite damage behind the wall, treating the wood, insulating the wall, plying new drywall, and painting. The workmanship was great. All this work and coordination came at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Josh, Khalid, Ernest, Enrique, Jose, and Andy. You are a great team.

All of Bauer employees are extremely polite and professional. They did great work and responded immediately if I had any questions or issues. I highly recommend them.

We called two contractors we have used in the past. They never followed up. We called Bauer Home Services and Josh Bauer called back promptly, Arrived next day for estimate and a great deck replacement was the result. On site carpenters were very pleasant and professional.
