Thank you Kevin for an outstanding job helping us choose our new shower. From our appointment, final choices in product to financing, to installation he was patient and answered questions giving us direction. This company has been around for years and without a question, the professionalism & knowledge of Kevin & the entire installation staff was excellent.

Atrocious. First time I felt the need to ever post a negative review online. Salesman measured out and sold us one thing, but in our complacency we didn't confirm contract was correct. Stupid mistake on our part, made worse by "sales manager" seemingly lying about details that didn't make sense to a reasonable person (or was just extremely poorly explained). In particular, we requested a 72" shower, and the measurement photos attached to order taken by salesperson were made to exactly 72", including making tape marks on the floor to assumedly display length. When we received a 60" shower base and questioned it, sales manager first said that the photos simply went past the 60" to get a better view, and when pressed, he asked if our bathroom "had lights" and stated that affected the measurement they took....on the floor (there are ceiling lights in the bathroom, but not above the area to be renovated). There's more that I don't have review space to type. Overall would not recommend.

It was a 1 day job.In and out.a long day for the workers.removed tub, installed new shower unit, drains, hardware.clean up and removal of all materials were taken that day.waited 1 day for caulk to dry and it was ready to use.turned out beautiful.
