Very nice installers. Explained everything, cleaned up after installing new shower from tub removal. I love the new walk in shower. They use quality materials.

The materials they use are excellent quality, The shower head saves water while giving you a very great soft shower. The walls look very much like the marble or granite walls. The pan is very comfortable. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Darren came out and visited me with his sales pitch. You can’t help but like him. From the moment he meets you, he is personable and professional. I had a lot of questions for him and decisions to make with regard to my shower upgrade, and therefore spent a few hours with him. Decisions on a purchase like a shower redo can be grueling. But… He knows what he’s talking about and steered me the best direction, based on the space I’m dealing with and what is important to me. He carries lots of samples and explains how they’re made and how the different parts of the shower fit together. The silicone “stretch” and acrylic strength and attributes were very well explained. It will be so easy to clean the porous acrylic shower walls and floor with ridges as well as the shelves. Darren explained that the walls and floor are backed by wood and foam and are “uncrackable.” And to have a Good Housekeeping 2-year warranty as well as a lifetime Bath Planet warranty means a lot! I expect my new walk-in shower to turn out fabulously, and I think Darren is the best person I could have worked with in figuring out what will work for me. Please note that in the course of posting this review, you must reply to certain questions as if the job has already been completed. I only just scheduled the install date, but think I will be very happy with the work and the quality of the product as described thoroughly to me.

We hired them when they came out to install was not what we ordered they pulled a bait and switch they did no work and still want 14,000 for not doing a thing we have a lawyer now... so, we are looking for a new contractor to do our bathroom after we get done with these joke of a business word of advice: Dont hire them!
