In Italy, I hired this company in 2016. There original owner (I believe his name is Mark) came and put ant powder in the house, attic, flowerbeds and around the house and yard. We were pleased. Things changed when his wife was pregnant and his younger brother (Bob I believe) took over the contract. At first, he seemed nice enough but would not come inside to get rid of the wasp problem in the house. He disrespected my 67 year old fiancé after we requested the inside service and we fired them. The final verbal response the young man said was we will not take you back and you are going to need us. I am also a disabled veteran and am disgusted that we fought for the freedom of others to disrespect us in this way. We have a 7000 sq ft home and was able to find someone else more respectful through HomeAdvisor.

Barefoot Pest Control was professional, and on time. Their representative arrived and provide a detail of their process. He did the estimate and was able to do the initial treatment while he was there. I plan to subscribe to their annual service.

I am SO glad that I used Home Advisor! Mr. Mark was on time for the initial consultation and also when he came to do the scheduled work. He explained what the job would consist off and what to expect after he applied the solutions that would wipe out the ant nests. So far my husband and I are very satisfied with the work that was done. Having ants share your house and yard is VERY unpleasant! I highly recommend Mark Male @ BAREFOOT PEST CO.
