They were hired but did NOT have the expertise to remove an electrical vent. No Charge for the evaluation. They will return when I get a person to remove the electrical vent.

Mark Male, Jr. contacted me very quickly after finding him on Home Advisor. He set an appointment to come assess our needs and was very prompt, courteous, and professional. My husband and I decided to hire him and he came the following week to do the initial treatment. We were very pleased. After the treatment some ants cropped up inside our Master Bathroom and I called. He was here within the hour and treated that area again. Zero problems since then. We have contracted with him for the year.

Mark Male Jr. came out to look at an ant problem we were having in our new construction home. He was on time, courteous, and professional. After doing an exterior check on our home, he came in to look at what was going on inside. He checked the basement (where we have seen spiders) and thoroughly checked the area where we were seeing ants. He explained to me what he found and discussed the options available. We agreed on terms and he treated the area as well as the exterior of our home. He was very responsive leading up to the appointment, during, and after. I would highly recommend this company. Note: The only reason why I gave a 4.5 rating for "How would you rate the work quality?" question is because I won't know for sure until we no longer see the ants but I'm hopeful :-).

Time was of the essence with the property going to settlement. The same day I called Within a few hours I recieved same day service. It was Great. I really appreciated everything. Great Company.. I will def. call them again.
