Garrett was a life saver today! When we woke up without running water this morning, he answered my service request by a phone call within 5 minutes. He was extremely punctual, very respectful of our privacy, and gave us a very clear cut and reasonable price quote that he stuck to. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a service done.

Friday evening - no water! Late Friday evening - spoke with Garrett at Banks Well Pump Services LLC. Saturday morning - Garrett diagnosed the problem as a failed water pump. Monday - new water pump installed in 700 foot deep well. Not having running water in the house is never a good thing. I feel very fortunate to have connected with Garrett and getting the problem resolved this quickly. He's knowledgeable, he's careful, he does quality work and he's a pleasure to work with.

Garrett was AMAZING. We have an old farm house, challenging topography, and stone construction to work through and around. We also had old dummy pipes in our ground adding to the challenge. He came to replace our pressure tank, and provide a new piping system to our house and the well that would allow a whole house filter to remove iron bacteria from our water. He finished the job perfectly, took every unknown found with ease and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He lowered my stress level! I canâ t recommend his service and company enough. We had well work by others in the past but he is the only one I will call in the future.

After two hours of trying to fix it myself, I decided to call a PROFESSIONAL. I called Garrett at 3:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon. He was onsite in an hour, and had water flowing to my home within another hour. Great service and thorough knowledge of well pumps. Five stars! I will call him every time.

Great communication before he came out. Garret updated our well pump and was able to diagnose issues just with photos that I texted him. Showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently.

I had him come out Wednesday to troubleshoot what my â no-waterâ issue consisted of. The well pump had quit. He told me it would be Friday before he could fix it. But Thursday afternoon he came and got started right away. He endured miserably cold weather and completed the job all by hisself! Plus he knocked some off the price when he did the pump job. And he fixed the amount of air in my pressure tank, put in a new pressure switch and took out a filter that was in the wrong place. I would recommend this young man for any water needs. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. Hats off to you, Garret!, awesome job! ð ð
