Write a ReviewI hired Baker's Waterproofing when a recent plumber found a leak possibly in my foundation and recommended them to me. Baker's initial inspection uncovered that my foundation was built of cinderblocks and was leaking water from the hill behind my home as well as groundwater from below. They scheduled the work and sent out Victor and Miguel to complete a full waterproofing, French drain, pump installation and backup system. From start to finish of this project with Baker's Waterproofing, every person I spoke to was extremely professional, everything was explained clearly and concisely, and pricing was not only competitive, but extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of work completed. Special thanks to the incredibly hardworking, polite, and professional Victor and Miguel. I highly recommend asking for them by name to ensure your work is done quickly but completely.
On time. Quality work.
Fast and efficient.
Would definitely recommend Baker's Waterproofing. Bryce was very informative while giving me an estimate on what I would need. The crew of Victor Cruz, Deontae, & Miguel did an awesome job. They completed in 1 day and cleaned everything up. All the representatives of Bakers Waterproofing were very respectful and easy to work with. Thank u all!!!
People all around me suggestes no one else but Bakers. Tysean Lacks and Richard Riley completed a VERY thorough job digging in the front of my house and installing beams in the basement. Being that I was ignorant of the details, Mr. Lacks explained every detail while Mr. Riley carefully replaced objects of the yard. Believe me! They did a FANTASTIC job! I feel so much better now that my home is more stable. Thank you!
They could not do the job, but the inspector was very thorough and informative
I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, but I have never had a better experience than I had with Baker's Waterproofing. We had water leaking into our basement from the floor due to hydrostatic pressure. Steve Cahl, our salesman did a thorough inspection and gave us a detailed explanation with a video of what was causing the problem was how Baker's would fix it. After we agreed on the contract, he told us what to expect, the date the job would begin, what time the craftsmen would show up, and how long the project would take. Everything he said was true. Their communication leading up to and during the job was exceptional. Steve always returned my calls immediately when I had questions. The gentlemen who did the work - Tyler Barnhart (foreman), Joey Pickard, and Brandon Miller were incredibly polite, pleasant and unbelievably hard working.Tyler called me the day before, and each morning to let me know what time they would arrive. They not only showed up on time, they were early both days! The job was finished in a day and a half. Their expertise was clearly evident in the quality and timeliness of their work. And their work is guaranteed for life with a transferrable warranty. Thank you, gentlemen, for a very positive experience! You rock!
Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I have had constant issues with the work that has been done. So many issues, that in fact, the work that was done created more issues with my house. When I tried to get ahold of someone to discuss my remaining balance, I was told they would email the person and they would get back to me. Weeks and weeks later, I had to call back. I was asking for my remaining balance to be paid for because of the poor quality of work that was done resulting in many issues with my house. I was finally called back by Mark who was rude and nasty to me. He went on and on that in my contract it was said I would remove the drywall. This was done, however a small part by a door was not and it was never brought to my attention during the work that in order to have the work done correctly, this section needed to be taken out. Instead, the men half did the work and didnâ t communicate this problem with me. Having my remaining balance paid for is not the big issue I have. The issue I have is the way Mark spoke to me on the phone. While I tried to communicate the problem, he proceeded to interrupt and speak over me. I cannot say enough bad things about this company. I really hope people look into other places to have work done on their homes. All this company cares about is doing poor quality work and taking money from people. I I also would recommend the individuals that work at this company have some training and how to speak to customers.

Hayden and Andy were very professional and friendly. Work quality top notch. and clean up. Recommended filling a large crack that could cause more water damage.
Colson and Norm kept us informed every step of the way. They explained the procedure and answered all questions thoroughly and patiently. I would rate them 10/10.
