Backyard creations has gotten our pool back to pristine! We have done a lot of construction work around our house and had red clay in our pool. Barry with Backyard Creations Of North Georgia came personally and gave us an assessment. His team works diligently on the pools and leaves them in great condition.. they send detailed notes after each cleaning with photographs. We are thrilled with their service.!

Terrible from start to finish. Owner cannot tell the truth. Pool cracked in half before the first year of completion anniversary. Just now discovered none of the pumps or the heater were grounded. This situation could have killed someone. Total slack workmanship. Run away from this pool builder.

This company always went over and beyond in providing service. Anytime I noticed something that concerned me, Barry would send someone out immediately! They always did a wonderful job cleaning the pool and taking care of the equipment!

Mister Barry is very nice and very professional! He was quick to answer any and all questions we had and does a fantastic job of giving us multiple options. I called him Tuesday for a quote, and he was on site by Wednesday! We look forward to working with him further in the future!

Mr. Spector first did not communicate I needed a new pump until I contacted him about the lack of service after 2 weeks . He appolgized and we continued our relationship. Then he contacted me and I had my daughter return his call since I was working. Mr. Spector stated his employees were upset since I have two dogs in the back yard and the step in the dog feces. Yet Mr. Spector knew this before he took the job. Mr. Spector wasn't very nice or professional complaining about the dogs but the real issues was they could not seem to get my pool clean-so I went ahead and dismissed their service.

The guys showed up the day they said they would and started the entire process went as planned even with the bad weather they had to deal with. will use them again in the future.
