Jeremy worked very hard and was completely focused on getting the job done right and pleasing us as customers. His was the fastest response, communicated in a timely way over several exchanges, was precisely on time, and quoted a fair all-inclusive price for the work. The work was repairing custom iron frame (x2) and spindles for a staircase to fit new hardwood flooring on the first step--a small job we had great difficulty finding another pro to do. He included all the iron work, painting, and installation of the finished product, too. He absolutely guaranteed our satisfaction with the job no matter how long it took and pledged to stick to the single price quoted. He was completely true to his word and our fist bump agreement. We are completely delighted with the results and highly recommend him for additional work.
