First off, he came on time. He was personable. He shook my hand and introduce himself when he came in. He gave me a couple of tips for what I should have done to the house after telling him issues that I had and he was very professional! The fan doesn’t wiggle. It’s secured very nicely and I will handle that circle around the fan in the future. I’m just happy to have some cool air! I will certainly be calling again.
