Like you, I was a new user, reading these reviews - skeptical, and jaded by other Roofing contractors that had burned me. I selected B M Roofing because of the user reviews being so good. I scheduled an appointment through the Home Adviser App for 8am. To my surprise, Brad called almost immediately to confirm my appointment and set expectations. He showed up on time, in a nice professional vehicle, and respected my home by asking to take his shoes off. He didn't waste time and assessed the leak in my roof. He pin pointed the problem (water was getting behind the Siding and the Flashing at the edge of the roof). He gave me a quote with a warranty of 3yrs on his work. I had gotten other quotes (even cheaper ones) but I felt more confident in Brad's assessment, presentation, and he laid out a plan an said no money was required up front to get started and I wouldn't need to pay until it was finished. I refuse to pay contractors up front. So I was delighted to hear that. Brad didn't waste time either - he got started just a few days later, and he and his men started at 3pm on a February winters after noon! They stayed until after dark up till 8pm that evening and stripped back the shingles, removed the Siding off the house, replaced the flashing, added weather guard barrier, put new (exact matching) shingles back on and put my Siding back on without breaking a single piece! They put tarps down, and didn't make a mess or damage my deck by tossing pieces off the roof. They also took extra steps to make sure not to damage my new gutters! They removed all debris and spoke with me before they left. Brad returned to my home the next day after I got off work and walked me through everything one more time, and I happily paid him by check. Brad has restored my faith that some roofers out there are good guys. My only complaint is that I wish Brad could be my go to guy for anything and everything. Trust me when I say - this is the guy to hire! Thank you again so much Brad - we'll be calling you again soon!
