Jon answered my text/call very quickly and have an exact time he can squeeze me into the schedule. Heâ s taken care of a few issues, crickets and carpenter ants and the problem has gone away. He keeps up to date with me ensuring his efforts were successful and gives good recommendations for standard pest control throughout the house as he sees fit. Many things of which he pointed out and I did not realize were critter outlets! A+ service and good priced compared to big name companies. You get the customer care and informative exterminator. B&M was Fantastic. I called them to see if they were available to treat my yard for mosquitos and ticks. John was here spraying my yard and the outside of my house within 2hrs after calling. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
