The garage door opener should have included outside keypad and not get charged extra. I also did not like I could not use my debit card without getting charged ?? a fee! That is ridiculous! The garage door door malfunctioned and he had to come back to repair the issue. Overall I felt I the outside keypad should have been included without getting charged $50. I feel I shlould get that money back as well. The install was not installed right the first time and the credit card fee the consumer should not have to pay for it! I give an overall rating of 2 ???s

The pro was very knowledgeable about garage doors. He offered different options to address the issues. The final price was very reasonable. He answered my questions on garage door mechanisms and offered tips on maintenance. I AM A HAPPY CAMPER!!
