It's still a work in progress due to inclement weather, but Bobby Elrod is the best! He's friendly, up front, very knowledgeable, VERY good at what he does and has a great sense of humor! Just the kind of contractor you don't mind having around! I just wish Mother Nature would cooperate so the guys can finish!

I used B&J for a new pump and filter. When the pump went out again, they replaced it after the second phone call, no charge. He has yet to replace the broken PSI gauge. They replaced my liner, repaired part of the floor, and put some bondo in a dent. I wanted more, but went with him because he said he could get it done quick. Nope. The pool is done and looks decent. Moved gutters were not put back. There are bondo spots on the coping. The liner has a patch where it didn't go into the coping. The concrete was put in a pile when we agreed it would be laid evenly. I can't get them to come finish.

Response from Company:

This is false, I gave him a price he got another price and we redid contract taking several things off. When we finished, the customer wanted everything in the original contract so to make the customer happy we went back and moved the concrete at no charge. The customer wanted dents removed without replacing wall so the bondo was the only alternative.

Very professional. Prompt, complete, overall a great job. Would highly recommend them to anyone needed a pool, or just a liner installed.
