Called at 11am and they showed up at 2:30pm !! Very prompt response. The Tech Elon was very knowledgeable, polite and fixed the problem promptly and professionally. Just to note I had my slider “fixed” 11 months ago by another vendor and they had installed the wrong rollers. Can’t be more happy with BH’s promptness, price, knowledge and job well done. Thanks BH and Elon !!

Olivia was absolutely golden! She deserves a six star review. Very professional, articulate, lots of energy, which I really appreciated and also understood my problem and Challenge with the window windows, and she addressed every concern. Don’t look any farther you’ve got the best.!

I had very heavy storm sliders that were very difficult to open and close. The technician with a little help removed the doors and replaced the wheels ,cleaned and straightened the track.The door is as good as new. Very happy with B.H. Remodel. They came the same day I called and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.

Courteous, efficient, and a job well-done. I woll hire them again for some other issues brought on by a squatter in my home.

Got quick phone call after I search on Angi and BH Home Remodeling Services, LLC was the first to answer my call within five minutes. Didn't hear from other companies until day later. It was on Sunday they actually send a representative to do the job the same day. To our surprise it was a very helpful and knowledgeable young man within no time this young man did a fabulous job with our sliding door. We are extremely happy with this company. personally OI would definitely recommend them to anyone. If they want their problem to be solved without hassle. Let this company do the job. We are extremely happy with the sliding door they work better than ever. Highly recommended and will use them again.

Jonny did an excellent job... fast, clean, and professional. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it.

Angie?s list wouldn?t let me choose a bathroom renovation, which is why it says sliding door repair. The positive is that Olivia did not walk away from the job and eventually it got done. However a bathroom renovation that according to her would take a maximum of 3 weeks took 9 weeks and I lost track of how many tile people she hired. The tile had to be removed from the wall twice as it was put in wrong. Worse than that was that as a contractor you should understand what a correct job looked like. She did not seem to know and had to be corrected at every step of the job. The person she hired to do the waterproofing of the shower did it totally wrong and we had to show her the correct installation. If that had not been corrected we would have been looking at mold under the tile eventually. She is a very nice lady, this is not her primary business and I would not hire her again.

Olivia and Scott were so pleasurable and easy to speak with about my challenges with my "original" fix from another company for my sliding door. They felt sensitive about my previous situation and the money I wasted. Scott came promptly in the morning, explained everything confedintly from his experience he would fix it 💯. Not even 1 hour he was finished everything explained and clean....with a 1 year warranty! Thank you so much also for Miss. Olivia and her patience and actual follow up after the job was finished. Top notch top 1% customer service. Highly recommend.

I searched Angi's List at 11PM and requested a quote. I was stunned when Olivia called me immediately and asked if it was a good time to talk. She told me that they did provide free quotes, and had a technician out at 9 AM the next morning. The repair was more involved and more expensive than anticipated, but Sean explained it well and the work was completed immediately. Their service was professional and complete. BTW, no other company made an attempt to contact me directly. Thank you Olivia
