I am delighted with the results! Areas of my home that were eyesores to me are absolutely beautiful now! Steve is very knowledgeable in his field and exceptionally conscientious about his work. He was able to fix anything he encountered, and he was able to answer any question I had throughout the process. Additionally, Steve takes a lot of pride in the end result of his work; he constantly checked and rechecked all of the areas, and he always had me check everything as well throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. He and his crew did an excellent job of cleanup daily and once this project was finished as well. This is the first time I have had a contractor do such a large amount of work, and I admit to being nervous since this was a new experience for me. I am so glad I didn't let that get in the way, and that I had his company do this job! Steve is a consummate professional ? there is absolutely no way I could have done all of this and had such excellent results. He and his crew went above and beyond all expectations that I had. I absolutely will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and I also absolutely will not hesitate to have him do any other work of this nature that needs done in my house.    

The work took 2 full days and and half of a third day. We first discussed what work would be done. I would have been happy just having the wallpaper removed but Steve offered to paint the ceiling, walls and trim. I also had a room with six inch wallpaper trim that he offered to remove. This was wonderful! The team was punctual, they laid tarp down through the hallways where they worked. They bagged all the waste and wiped down all surfaces. They used Sherwin Williams paint and for the bathroom we asked for a mildew resistant additive which he gladly added. Both rooms got 2 coats of paint and I even noticed that near the doorway corners he put 3 coats. Before they painted they also patched any holes and evened the wall surface. We are very pleased with the results and plan on having this team paint other rooms in our home in the near future.

Steve reached out within 24 hours of me requesting an estimate and was exactly on time for the appointment. He talked me through the costs for the work I wanted done, was a good listener and communicated well throughout the process. He and his crew showed up exactly as promised, and he was spot on about the amount of time the job would require. We made a few add-ons once they arrived to do the work, and Steve was flexible in explaining the additional costs for what we wanted done beyond the original estimate. The whole crew from Barnett's was polite, on time and hard working. They made us feel comfortable having them in our home, and were very respectful of our house - putting down drop cloths everywhere they walked, making sure floors were protected during the wallpaper removal and painting, and completely cleaning everything up at the end. Steve personally checked the paint in each room with me once they were done, and made absolutely sure my wife and I were completely satisfied. I'd certainly be comfortable using Barnett's again for our next painting project. These guys were some of the best and easiest to work with contractors we've ever employed for our home.

BEST service I have ever used! The guys were punctual every time.  They arrived at the same time each day and continued working until 6:30 everyday.  The project was suppose to take 5 days. They finished it in four days. I wish i could find some thing they can improve on but i cant.  Walls look perfect! Neighbors are asking about them as well as my coworkers. I WILL be using them again! This was a great first Angie's List experience. They have really set the bar high for the next service i will be purchasing.

I had a list of tasks I needed completed to rent a property. Some involved painting and drywall repair, but other tasks were simply errands and a few light carpentry jobs. List was completed to my satisfaction and on time. I would recommend this provider.
