Ryan and his team are Stellar! Their knowledge dealing with older homes was obvious in the work they completed! Our family was so grateful to have BAC replace both a side porch cover and posts with a great new roof, due to storm damage and completely re-do and repair not only the front porch… but were able to complete the repair and replacement of the the very poorly constructed and necessary supports under the porch that were affecting the house! The New porch or a beautiful, safe, welcoming entry! We are so happy with BAC and highly suggest anyone one in need to reach out to Ryan!

Ryan was amazing. He rehabbed our historic front porch in Shaw and was even able to retain some of the original decorative parts of the roof. Not only did this safe us a lot of money, but the quality of the woodwork he installed is simply incredible (he milled the spindles of the railing and the railing posts) - even the city inspector commented on the exceptional quality of the project. Throughout the process Ryan was very professional and responsive and he also provided us with a lot of information on how to treat the deck so it will last a long time. Several neighbors have already asked for his business card because they are now also thinking about doing some work on their homes!

I wish I could give Ryan more than 5 stars! We bought our house about 6 months ago, and the deck was in rough shape and needing to be completely rebuilt. We were nervous about starting such a big project, but Ryan was able to put us at ease and make the whole process simple and straightforward! He and his team were timely, kept us updated on the start date, progress, and was able to keep things in our budget by making recommendation based on his experience. The work was done fast and looks great! I'd recommend BAC any day of the week, and will have them back to to help with other projects in the future!

Our old deck steps collapsed and new ones needed to be rebuilt. When we engaged BAC, Ryan approached it in a straight to the point/no nonsense manner. Ryan, of BAC Is very knowledgeable in this field. His bid was fair and within our budget. Ryan did make us aware of concerns he had with the sub structure ( which he did not build).
