On July 11, Israel came by to see the job and give a quote. I accepted the bid and he was supposed to start in a few weeks -- the week of July 28th due to how busy he was. I was in no hurry so this worked out just fine. However, after waiting almost 3 weeks for him to do the work, he has gone completely dark. Doesn't respond to multiple messages both direct and via Angi.com. He's a No-Show after multiple days and attempts to contact. Communication is key for any business and Israel apparently can't be bothered to communicate with his customers -- even if it was something as simple as saying it would be a few more days. Steer clear or you may find yourself in a similar situation of wasting multiple weeks for someone who won't show up when they said they would.

Israel Cruz from Aztec Flooring re-stretched a master bedroom carpet for us.
