I was very happy with all the work they have done. The people that were sent out were just great to work with. Unfortunately I had to call and cancel my service and while I was out of town on a family emergency they came and sprayed after canceling till I could afford to have them come back, but they did the work and took the money out of my account. I call Lee because it was not my mistake. It was theirs. I had one gentleman tell me when can I afford to pay them if they refunded me the money I don’t feel I should pay it when I cancel the service then after speaking to him, they put me to someone else that was higher up and she told me she would replace my money with an 11 days and yet it’s been longer than 11 days and yet I have not received my money. I would rather not do business with somebody that don’t keep their word.I also had given them a few other clients because of the great service I had. But the people in the office need to get itit together.Very disappointed .

Of three companies, only Axiom reached out with details of the service and costs. Zero hassles. Kobe, the service technician, removed all wasp nests (both active and inactive) quickly and applied repellant throughout the entirety of the exterior along with granulation to help keep all those pesky bugs away. Super job and very appreciative for Axiom.
