We hired Austin Acres to trim our extensive border of overgrown Norway Spruce and to install a swale to collect rain water away from our basement. Both tasks were executed with care and attention to detail. Ben Austin is a true professional who listens carefully to customer requests. We are more than happy with his work.

Benjamin recently completed a major home renovation project for me. The project required a variety of types of work such as preparing and painting the complete interior of the house, relocating electrical outlets, hanging a medicine cabinet and a framed vanity mirror, installing vanity bar lights, removing and painting French doors, reinsulating around those doors, and a number of small patching and painting of holes, etc.. Benjamin has the unique ability to foresee potential problems and to make recommendations for their solution before they become major issues. He has an extremely high standard of quality and takes great pride in his work. I would readily recommend Austin Acres Property Management to anyone looking for a craftsman who goes to great lengths do a job with excellence and who will go out of his way to please his customer. ABOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They removed popcorn and repainted our ceilings.Job SUCKED!!! Looks like a two year old did it.This was done at Thanksgiving 2017 and we are still cleaning up dust from the job.Our tile and hardwood floors are near ruined with ground in dust!!!!
