Last year my hot water heater started leaking and I immediately called Atomic Plumbing who had done work in my home earlier, another issue. They installed a new one, and I was so pleased with the results I joined the service partner program where technicians come out annually and test all plumbing. After my first annual inspection, they informed me of some areas that needed attention and some items we should keep watch over. They quoted a rather high price (over $1,700) to address those 3 items, which I ultimately agreed but had second thoughts after they left as how high their prices were. It almost felt like yes, they were doing a complete inspection of the homes plumbing but at the same time looking for additional paying work. The next day I canceled my membership. Ultimately, I feel their prices are much higher than than the average.

Would not recommend, diagnosis was that toilet needed a new wax ring, they estimated a very high price without even removing the toilet then after saying it was a wax ring problem turned out to be the toilet flange and was trying to charge an even insane price, very unprofessional. Set price is whatever they want. Not based on part or labor, which can be a 50 dollar fix but charge whatever they want.

I had Jim and Brandon come out to help with a clog and they were super helpful with explaining how the piping system worked and overall just 2 good gentleman. Will definitely call again if I ever need plumbing help!
