He came for our heater tune up. He explained to me how the furnace works and what he was going to do. Once the job finished he told me the repair to be done: to change the red sealer on the exhaust pipe to the proper blue sealer. He gave me the amount expected to pay for it and how long it should take. He is very polite and professional.

I had a new HVAC system installed in early November. There was some work from the installation of that new system that needed repair. I advised them of the issue and scheduled the work. They sent a technician out and he took care of it.

The furnace is great, the techs are great, but getting replacement furnace filters, not so much

There is no option of Work Done above, but the job is for a Sewer Line Replacement/Repair and not a furnace job.
