We have been using PayPal for CC transactions which we did offer when we first started the project. Paypal is a secured transaction which gave customera the ability to use their bank accounts or credit cards or paypal accounts. We are currently meeting with my banking institution to get the square reader to accept CC in the near future without going thru paypal.

They had another job in Williamsburg when I live in Chesapeake. Instead of them rescheduling my repair they called and completed my repair on Sunday. This type of customer service is almost unheard of now a days. I highly recommend this company.

Accomplished the job quickly, price was the most competitive from my various bids. Looks good, only caveat was that they didn't clean up completely - I had to pick up a bit of discarded material, old caulking, etc.

Had exterior trim installed. Weather delays and such made the install longer than both the contractor and us anticipated. Randy did a good job making sure we were informed of any changes, and made sure that we were satisfied after the work was completed. There are a few places that had to be retouched and he made sure someone came out to take care of it.

Wonderful experience. Randy went up on my roof in the snow to do the estimate. My leaking roof was repaired that afternoon. I will use them again for future projects.

I had some ridge shingles get loose and fall out. With 2 inches of snow on my roof, I called and within the hour they were on site as promised, the repair was made within a few minutes. The work quality and price was awesome. I'm a Quality Manager and I don't give reviews like this very often. This was a super experience.

This was a skylight repair on a screened porch for leaking. It's hard to find someone for small jobs but this company came right away. They did a great job. I would recommend this company.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They did what they said they would do. They showed up when they said they would and they did the work quickly and professionally. They cleaned up when they were done and the price for the work was very fair.
