Daniel from Atlantic Pool Services provides utmost professionalism to all his clients no matter what size project you are looking for. My professional experience with Atlantic Pool Services started when I decided to build a new pool in my backyard. I contracted Atlantic Pool Services to install the new plaster, pool tile & coping. All pool equipment was also customized, carefully selected and installed by Atlantic Pool Services. Daniel provided me with a superb selection of tile & coping samples and pool plaster colors and textures, he patiently showed me several colors combinations and gave me his valuable opinion about products and materials to be used. This tailored service was proven to be essential during the decision phase as his knowledge and experience really helped us select the appropriate materials and the right colors that exactly matched what we were looking for. Today I can finally sit back and relax in my own backyard oasis, it’s absolutely delightful to see all the vibrant color combinations from the deep blue plaster color (Crystal Stones - Majestic Isle), the amazing blue tile with copper details and the beautiful Oklahoma flagstone around the perimeter of my pool - all the combinations are very easy to the eye and we really like it. At night, when all is quiet and calm, I can hear the waterfall feature installed by Daniel dripping in the spa along with the jets arching to the pool, the LED pool and spa color selections can be changed easily from my smartphone or tablet - there are over a thousand color combinations, all done with a simple click using the iAqualink app (automation pool feature). Another feature that I really enjoy is that I can pre-heat my spa from anywhere outside and away from home, for example; I love the fact that I can be on the DFW airport tarmac after a long haul flight sitting inside the plane and I can start pre-heating my pool and spa as soon as I land, this means, while I am driving from airport back home - the huge Mastertemp pool / spa heater installed by Daniel can heat up my spa in less than 45min! By the time when I arrive home, the spa and pool are at the perfect temperature for immediate enjoyment. The automation system is great as I do not need to turn manually the equipment on or off, all this can be controlled from smartphone or tablet and it can be put on a schedule. Daniel's knowledge and experience also played a big part during the pool start up process (filling pool with water for the first time), all pool water chemistry needed to be properly balanced and maintained for safe enjoyment, Daniel once again went above and beyond ensuring a perfect pool water chemical balance. Daniel, we are very thankful for all your hard work and excellent service, allowing me and my family to enjoy our beautiful swimming pool - Thank You!

I'm not proud to say that, but my pool looked like a swamp when Daniel from Atlantic Pools came over for an estimate--I made several calls before I got to them. I can say that 50% of the people I called never even called me back. I am beyond satisfied with the way Atlantic conduct their business. They have excellent communication skills, and things went exactly as told me it would be. No surprises with the price or the outcome.
