Atlantic Blue replaced the main water line for my house. The two technicians were friendly and worked hard to get the project done as quickly as possible. However, they did NOT have an effective tool to implement the pull-method as promised in the proposal provided by them in the beginning. Instead they took a full-trenching approach to lay down the water line about 4 ft deep in the ground. Even worse, they chose a two-day window with one day having heavy rain to do the job, causing huge earth disruption and landscaping damage, Even the technician who finished backfilling the excavation admitted himself: it's a mess. Apparently the manager for this project is not well-trained in scheduling and project management to minimize damages to customers' properties. This is the first time I have hired them to do a big plumbing project, and do not see any reason to use their service again.
