He is fantastic! He took care of my audio and visual concerns. We had quite a few components not working properly and he was able to fix the CD player, DVD player, TV screen and sound system. He is coming back next week to install volume controls. Everything that was faulty, he took care of and I am very happy with his performance and the way he took care of our needs specifically. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that has audio or video needs. He is very knowledgeable and terrific at what he does!

From start to finish every aspect of the project exceeded expectations. Communication responses were immediate, scheduling occurred quickly, recommendations made proved to be excellent. Installation and workmanship was the best. Knowledgeable, personable, great communicator, patient, problem solved. We cannot say enough good thing about Dennis. I would highly recommend him to anyone (including my 91 year old Mother). We will have him back soon for more work that is beyond our pay grade such as programming remotes, getting us up to speed and operational on internet options (steaming especially), getting new and old technology operational that was collecting dust. He knows it all and knows it well; finally - his pricing is fair and reasonable.

Dennis is very knowledgeable and professional. Most of all, he is patient in explaining the plusses and minuses of various options. There doesnâ t seem to be any hurdle or pitfall that he canâ t handle. And at very fair prices. You would be wise to choose to Dennis for any A/V needs.
