It's a pleasure to work with Atlanta Windows and Doors and his team! Although we dealt with a myriad of contractors during a complete home renovation and dealt with a fixer upper, replacing our windows was the least stressful. It was a pleasure to work with Atlanta Windows Doors Glass. Measurements were taken FOUR times by him. He was still readily available even when we changed our minds. The result was amazing, and his team was professional and responsive. We are very happy with our windows!

It's important to keep your appointments within the timeframe you've promised or better communicate schedule changes. It took an inordinate amount of time for the installation and our house was invaded by the outside bugs from windows left open and unfinished. We personally liked the installers and hope they will sincerely accept our suggestions in a positive light.

Very surprising review. Our company did the best we can to accommodate 2 elderly female customers living with woods as their backyard with no screens. Our job was to install Window Screens onto windows we previously measured, that intentionally did not include the master bedroom windows. Based on the scope of work we were there to do on the original work order, we scheduled the appropriate amount of time and people for the job and arrived with the stated time window. Unfortunately, the customer never moved any of the dozens of house plants from in front of the window being worked on despite our contract specifying it, so we did it for them. Furthermore, we had originally agreed to exclude window screens in the master bedroom, where 1 sister who suffers from sun allergies had excessively stapled all the drape pieces of cardboard onto to keep out the sun out and that she will never open. When we showed up, they changed their mind and very kindly asked us to add-on. The sisters were apologetic to the technicians the entire time, and even invited them to a party they had planned for the same weekend, that I am certain neither of them attended. The described "inordinate amount of time" was to accommodate the customer. #ELDERLYWOMENWITHNOAIRCONDITIONING

I would recommend this company to ALL my family and friends. If you want to SAVE on projects, this is the company. Customer service is great and the techs are creative. The install was done on an emergency basis and the work was performed well. I received an afternoon estimate and the work was done later on the same day in the evening. The support staff was very helpful in facilitating the work.

Only negative was he failed to check if the door would lock but this door needed to be very specifically aligned that I do not fault him. Other than this he was on time, well understandable and performed his work quickly.
