I am gobsmacked! This company did everything I asked for, and things I didnÂ’t even know to ask for. If I saw an area that needed work, I put painters tape on it and they took care of the area. They followed up to be sure I was happy with their work. Work crew is polite and friendly as well as professional. My house sparkles, and I am so happy I hired this crew. At Your Service was a great choice for me at a great price.

It was a great experience. Well worth the money. I just moved in and cleaning from top to bottom was just too much for me with a full time job and full time school schedule. There were four people on one day and one person the next. Plus a couple of guys to caulk a shower and hang light fixtures. Andrea went above and beyond cleaning my bathrooms, floors and shower. Everything looks great!

My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am. I was contacted at 9:45 am saying they would be 45 minutes late. When I think back with the initial walk through and her saying our house looks bigger from the outside makes me shake my head. She arrived at 12:00 not contacting me as she probably thought I would cancel. They left our home at 9:30 at night. My laundry room was not cleaned at all. Our Mikasa vase was left in the garage, the rubber off of our paper towel dispenser had been removed and thrown out. The ends belonging to the top of the blinds in the kitchen were not put back on. By no means was our house filthy, the stove is only 6 months old. She put things in our house where she thought they belonged not were they were originally located and while down stairs, she had time to let my husband know she had highlighted a passage in our bible. Who does that. She left and came back, and I heard her say, you have not started up stairs? Then the rushing started. Her attempting to clean the windows inside. Not cleaned well. Stair well not cleaned well. Upstairs, she knocked the shower door off of the master bedroom saying it was rotting out. No, she was in such a rush to finish, that she did a sloppy job finishing up. Blinds upstairs were not cleaned as thoroughly as downstairs. They just pushed the pictures back I have in my alcove and did not return them back to where they were, but that seemed to be her agenda for the day. I contacted her and she offered to come back saying anytime, just let her know. I passed on that as I did not want to be held hostage another day. You, Home Advisor, need to disassociate your self with this woman. By the way, I paid $750.00 for our 1800 square foot home.

We did our best to get it done so they could get to bed. It was more than we expected and offered to come back to make sure we got everything. Can't please everyone, but we keep on trying.

I have been blessed by this team. They are exceptional at their jobs and their professionalism is top notch. My house is only 5 years old, but having cats has made my house one big hairball. My house now looks like it has no cat in residence. They have gone way above the call of duty. I highly recommend them if you really want a clean house.
