I initially left a bad review after coming home to find the termite bait stations removed and holes left in my yard without prior notice. While it was within the details of the contract, I was unaware they would remove the bait stations in the ground around my house if you refuse to renew the contract. Initially I was frustrated and felt blindsided, but after speaking with Ryan I now understand the situation better. The owner reached out personally, explained the state regulations requiring the removal of the stations, and genuinely apologized for the lack of clear communication. He was incredibly professional and showed true integrity in how he handled the situation. I respect how they made things right and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and their reputation.

There are two important aspects of a company that provides service in your home: The quality of the work, and the nature of the person doing the work. First, I am happy to say that the mice that had invaded my home are gone. Period. No more unpleasant surprises when I open my cupboards and closets, and I now feel completely comfortable, knowing that the house is clean and safe. (And I didn't have to deal with traps or mouse bodies). Secondly, Ryan is knowledgeable, kind, professional, thorough, and honest. He explained the process, answered all of my questions, understood my concerns, and advised me on what to do to keep the mice from returning.
