Mr. Cook was thorough and quick with his general report and with the follow up reports regarding water test on well, radon and termite inspection. He provided recommendations and follow up explanations that were helpful to me as a home buyer. I highly recommend At Ease.

Gary Cook was a true professional. He patiently walked me around the property pointing out and explaining what he was seeing. It all showed up in great detail within his inspection report along with photos and recommendations as to what should be tended to by a licensed professional. Gave me great comfort and knowledge as to what I was getting into or what could be negotiated in terms of the sale.

Gary was punctual and thorough. As a first time home buyer. My nerves were a little on edge during the inspection. He kept me updated, and took the time to explain what he saw, what his concerns would be, and made suggestions along the way. I had the report same day, and it was extremely detailed. I would definitely recommend Gary and At Ease to anyone needing a home inspection.
