Unfortunately they have ghosted us on completing the Xcel rebate paperwork. The units themselves are in and working, but we have had no communication regarding them submitting their side of the paperwork to Xcel. It is truly unfortunate, as many people have asked about the work they did as they consider new systems. They were a little higher priced than our second bid, and we had high hopes based on Matt?s experience with the systems. Given the age of our home, we counted on this money for other repairs that need to be made.

Matt from Aspen Aire is dishonest, he took our money, did approximately 1/4 of the work and then just stopped coming to work. For a while he had a whole bunch of random excuses, snow, family, illnesses etc. Then he just stopped responding to any phone calls or emails. DO NOT HIRE HIM. We are $300,000 out of pocket - money that he has stolen.

Do not hire Aspen Aire. After paying the deposit, they decided they could not do the job but refused to refund any money. This is the worst experience with a contractor I've ever had.

Aspen Aire Llc makes all of the other big hvac companies seem stuffy - callous - impersonal - and in a hurry to provide an estimate for the work you are interested in - Aspen Aire takes a great deal of time to explain all of the options that are in the marketplace an what is probably the best option for your individual situation without coming off like they are from some distant planet - they are knowledgeable about hvac beyond measurement and are able to explain and translate this into a lingo any common person can understand - we're thankful we chose Aspen Aire LLC
