I was sold by the 2 year warranty. The work they did was excellent. The office kept me in the loop on every question, since i could not be on site until final inspection.

The customer service department was rude and unprofessional. There were delays in getting an estimate and having the work completed but they sure were prompt once they wanted their money. I received phone calls and emails for 4 days straight until i paid them. I absolutely would NOT recommend this company.

Everything was fine until we asked for Linda A's PAST DUE payment. We have 74 Home Advisor 5 Star ratings and only 1 Home Advisor 1 Star rating(submitted by Linda A). I guess its true... "You can't please everyone" but we are sure going to continue to try.

On time arrival. They did full due diligence before starting the job, work was performed to our fullest expectations and the price was reasonable and fair. The quote given was the walking out the door price. Very punctual and completed the job in one day. We are very pleased with having a warranty included on the work and with the outcome. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

This was a fence repair of two sections of fence and two post's that snapped during a thunder storm. Customer service was wonderful to work with. The serviceman was professional, knowledgeable and efficent. All around good experience.

Complete fence was built onsite, no panel sections used in 3 days.I liked the fact the spray sealant of complete fence was included in the price.

Scheduling was quick and easy, the work was done on that day and the workmen were courteous and competent. The only knock is that they found one of the cross supports had rotted away but did not have the requisite materials to make the repair at the time. It would have been nice if the estimator that came by had noticed that so the board could have been replaced at the time the rest of the repairs were affected.
