When I initially needed this service we were in the middle of a huge snow storm and it was too much for me to shovel and my husband was away as he is frquently for his work. I was surprised that Jose got back to me immediatly after I phoned him and he came over later that day to do the snow removal for the driveway as well as the front walkway. Because of the amount of snow that had come down and was still coming down, he explained he would be back later during the night or the following day to clean it up. All for the same price. His quote was reasonable and we decided thet we would hire Artscapes for regular snow removal.

According to neighbors Artscapes is doing a good job removing our snow. They were the only group who would do a seasonal contract, not per job. We were able to do all negotiations, etc via e-mail and mail. Jose is a fantastic business man and is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I would happily recommend Artscapes to anyone who asks. I also wish to thank Servicemagic for recommending Artsscapes to us.

Jose and his crew did my whole drive in about 15 minutes ... clean as a whistle. Very reasonable rate. I will be considering his services for my lawn care this coming summer.

Jose contacted me by email the day after. We made an appointment so he could give me an estimate. He was courteous and friendly and his estimate was right in my range. I signed the contract right there and was glad I did since the next night we received quite a lot of snow. Jose and his team showed up at 3:00 a.m. to plow us out which was perfect since my sister sometimes has to be at work by 5:30 a.m. I highly recommend Artscapes and will be using them for our landscaping needs in the summer too.

Jose came to quote me a price and ask exactly what I wanted done. We walked the property and I explained what I wanted done and was given an excellent quote. We then spoke about snow removal for the winter and again I was given an excellent quote. I hired Artscapes and LawnMaintenance for the rest of the lawn season and throughout the winter. I will take it from there but completely feel they will be with me for many years to come. Jose is a very nice man and dealing with him was very easy. I like him very much!

Nice people great job. Ensured all residual mess was cleaned up. I WILL definately use these guys again.

The work is spectacular. I have absolutely no complaints on this company; we will be hiring them, under contractor, for weekly maintenance.
